Payment Policy:
Edits and revisions are limited to the scope defined during booking. Additional edits may be subject to further charges.
Cancellations and Refunds (Photography Sessions):
Photo editing services are non-refundable.
Custom photo sessions are cancellable with the following refund policy:
Cancellation 4 weeks before session: 90% refund
Cancellation 3 weeks before session: 50% refund
Cancellation 2 weeks before session: 10% refund
No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the session date.
Non-returnable Items:
All photo sessions are custom and take place on location; products and services cannot be returned.
Once delivered, final edited photos cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Use of Photos for Portfolio and Social Media
By booking a session, you agree that selected photos may be used by us for portfolio purposes, including social media and website galleries.
If you prefer not to have your photos shared publicly, please inform us in writing before the session.
We will not use images in a way that may compromise your privacy or security.
Any photos used will not include identifying personal information unless explicitly agreed upon.
